Currently, he holds the position of Managing Director & General Counsel at Sunwater Capital Management LLC. In his previous roles, he has served as the VP & General Counsel at GBI, General Counsel & VP of Operations at UrbanDaddy, Director of Operations at UrbanDaddy, and Litigation Associate at Willkie Farr and Gallagher LLP. Aric is a skilled negotiator and risk manager, with vast experience in solving corporate, operational, and growth issues through strategic planning.
