Lisa Kimmel is an accomplished businesswoman with a successful career in the communications industry. As the Chair and CEO for Canada and Chair for Latin America at global communications firm Edelman, Lisa is responsible for the growth strategies for both regions, providing senior counsel to clients, and overseeing operations. With her innovative, authentic, and collaborative leadership style, Lisa has transformed Edelman Canada into a fully integrated communications firm, resulting in Canada being the best-performing region in the Edelman global network for the past two years.

Lisa's expertise in executive profiling, consumer marketing, employee engagement, corporate reputation, thought leadership, strategic planning, consulting, new business development, project management, meeting and brainstorm facilitation, creative development, team-building, and client relationship management has allowed her to lead award-winning programs for clients and foster a corporate culture based on innovation, teamwork, and integrity. The success of her leadership has also been recognized by the Women's Executive Network Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada Hall of Fame, Financial Times & HERoes Female Champion of Women in Business awards, and a 2019 YWCA Toronto Women of Distinction award for Corporate Leadership.

Lisa is also heavily involved in community organizations and sits on the Boards of Directors for CivicAction and The Harbourfront Centre, as well as the Global Advisory Board for G(irls)20, and is a member of the United Nations Women's Empower Advisory Group. She is the Chair of Edelman's Global Women's Equality Network (GWEN), which strives to provide equal opportunities for women of all backgrounds. Additionally, she is the Vice Chair of the Ted Rogers School of Management (TRSM) Dean's Council at Ryerson University.
