Shahed Islam is a serial entrepreneur, mentor, and team builder with 20+ years of experience in the technology industry. He is known for his visionary approach and ability to build highly motivated teams that lead companies to success. He is the Co-founder and CEO of SJ Innovation LLC, a global company that has teams in India, Bangladesh, Ukraine, and the USA. Shahed is a graduate of St. John's University with a degree in Computer Science.

Before SJ Innovation LLC, Shahed co-founded Prothom Ventures, a venture capital firm in Bangladesh that helps early start-ups. He also served as the CTO of Teacher Pay Teachers (teacherspayteachers.com), where he scaled the company's technology strategy to support high consumer traffic. Additionally, Shahed has served as IT manager at New York Inns Hotel Group and Hudson IPA. He began his career as a software developer at Empire Blue Cross and webmaster at Creative Network Systems.

Outside of his professional work, Shahed serves on the board of The Optimists, a non-profit organization in the USA that seeks to help poor students. With a passion for project management specializing in coordinating with overseas developers, Shahed is a technology visionary.
