Shrikant Bhalerao, a veteran in the finance and payments industry with over a decade of experience, has been making waves in the field of blockchain and ESBs. With a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming and Science, Bhalerao has proven himself as a specialist in building startups and teams/processes. His expertise extends to architecting and developing exchanges, smart contracts (solidity), Token offerings (ERC20), SOA-based products, Google Cloud Solutions, and more.

Bhalerao is a skilled project manager with an eye for root cause analysis, debugging, and problem-solving. He has worked extensively with teams across multiple international locations such as Denmark, France, Italy, Canada, the UK, and Thailand. His domain experience across Payment, Blockchains, and E-commerce sectors makes him an expert in his field.

Previously, Bhalerao worked at Oracle, Gemalto (now Thales Digital Identity & Security), and Anatwine, where his talent as a Technical Lead and Senior Software Engineer was recognized. He has also created several startups such as CipherHut and NEOMoney. Bhalerao is currently serving as a Member Board Of Directors at Western Fintrade.
