We have one of the largest independent wireless development teams in the world and work across the entire wireless landscape: from wireless pacemakers to satellites. Our team is developing the devices and digital services behind the Internet of Things and enabling the future of mobile communications.My core role was to develop messaging and divisional marketing content that positions Cambridge Consultants as a pre-eminent technology leader within the wireless communication sector.

Joined on a contract basis following a funding round. The main responsibilities for this role were to structure and built the marketing team while growing market awareness and accelerating new member sign-ups. I developed the marketing strategy, recruited a high-performing team in order to deliver that strategy and introduced a range of new approaches, including content marketing, marketing automation and the development of core customer 'personas'. The new strategy resulted in a doubling of new member sign-ups per month, with each month a new record. I left with the business enjoying record growth and the recognition that much of this growth is marketing-led.
