Sergio Naumowicz is a seasoned leader with over 29 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, HR, IT, and corporate education. He has worked with National and International companies such as Telefonica Group, Santander Group, and Banco Espirito Santo, among others, where he was responsible for projects development and leading teams. Sergio is an expert in business strategy, people development, and SAAS platforms such as SAP and Success Factors. He has also worked with startups and innovative technologies such as AI, chatbots, VR, and AR. Additionally, he has previously worked for eight years in the academic area, building the Pedagogic Project for structuring a Business Administration Course, as a Course Coordinator and professor in the classroom.

Sergio holds a Postgraduated degree in Specialist in Universities teaching from Falec - Faculdade Doutor Leocádio José Correia, a BA in Business Administration and Management, General from Universidade Positivo, and an MBA in Business Management with ERP Systems from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná.
