Robert Han is a well-rounded technical manager with a strong background in product development, international partnerships, and marketing. With experience in various startups, he is passionate about creating high-performing and beautiful products that are functional, efficient, and reliable. Robert's core competencies include project management, technical product marketing, strategic and operational planning, selecting and forging partnerships, and cross-functional team management.

He is also technically competent in various areas such as IoT, WiFi, LED, NFC, mobile devices, fiber optic, laser, data center, cloud, virtualization, security, data storage, networking, redundancy, VOD, and CleanTech. He has a vast knowledge of topics such as solar energy, glazing, insulation, Building Science, HVAC, IAQ, Green Building, and more.

Robert has had numerous roles throughout his career, including the role of founder and president for multiple engineering companies. He has also held positions such as project manager of strategic partners, VP of marketing and sales, general contractor, and project leader. He studied EE and ME at DeAnza College and has worked for top companies such as Hewlett Packard.
