Julio Regoto is a seasoned legal counsel with over 10 years of professional legal experience in Brazil and the USA. Currently based in Amsterdam, NL, he possesses a diverse legal background with expertise in contract negotiations, cross-border licensing, technology transfer transactions, and intellectual property enforcement. His skill set extends to patent and trademark prosecution, M&A transactions, and data privacy issues. Julio is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) and the Portuguese Bar Association (OA) and is also eligible to sit for the NYBAR Exam. In terms of education, he has pursued studies in Data Protection Officer (DPO) Certification at Maastricht University, a Master's Degree at The George Washington University Law School, a specialization at Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, and Bachelor's Degrees from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro.
