Annapolis provides in warranty repairs for a wide verity of products for a large number of Manufacturers including Pioneer, Elite, Onkyo, Integra, Yamaha, NAD, Harman Kardon, JBL, Denon, Marantz, Hitachi , Hisense and Sharp.  Also offering extended warranty for three large extended service providers. And finally I will offer repair services for all makes and models of consumer electronics for out of warranty status.With an emphasis on customer satisfaction I aim to ensure the customers best interest is in the forefront.  Many customers have the notions that their products are not worth repairing, and this is sometimes the case, however I believe that a quick free over the phone consultation is an easy way to determine this, and in many cases repair is the best option.  However in cases where it is not, I can provide advise and make suggestions as to what the next best step is.  This approach has helped Annapolis to build a long term trusting customer base.

Provided technical assistance and training on products as well as implementing new streamlined processes to better serve the needs of customers and service centers.  Resolved escalated customer issues through effective decision making.
