Crosby Noricks is the founder of PR Couture, a renowned career platform and sourcebook for lifestyle communication professionals, with over a decade of experience in connecting, educating, mentoring, and supporting individuals and brands internationally.

She has created numerous resources, courses, and programs through PR Couture, including the Coterie by PR Couture, a private membership community aiding communication consultants in business growth and establishing themselves as industry authorities.

Noricks authored 'Ready to Launch: The PR Couture Guide to Breaking into Fashion PR' and developed PRISM, an online course for aspiring PR practitioners.

With a successful background in digital and traditional marketing, Crosby has led teams for top brands including Charlotte Russe, Creative Nail Design (CND), Quicksilver Womens, and Sutter Home.

She continues to offer strategic guidance, marketing expertise, and copywriting support as a digital brand consultant for various companies.

In addition to her entrepreneurial ventures, Crosby Noricks teaches fashion public relations at San Diego State University and a personal branding course at California State University San Marcos.

She holds a Master's Degree in Mass Communication and Media Studies from San Diego State University and graduated with honors from Pitzer College with a combined degree in Media Studies and Gender/Feminist Studies.
