Tanya Tiwari is a multifaceted attorney and legal advisor who has extensive experience in healthcare and environmental law. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science and a Juris Doctor from Duke University, where she also volunteered at Duke Children's Hospital & Health Center. She also holds a degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center, Center for Laboratory Animal Medicine & Care, and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center. Tanya has worked in myriad legal roles, including Assistant General Counsel at Universal Service Administrative Co., former Legal Fellow at the Inova Health System, and former Legal Intern at the Office of General Counsel at MedStar Health.

Over the years, Tanya has also been a Legal Intern in the Health Care Program at U.S. Federal Communications Commission, Wireline Competition Bureau, a Summer Legal Intern at American Health Lawyers Association, a Legal Intern in the Fraud Section at U.S. Department of Justice, Criminal Division and a former Law Clerk in the Clinical Legal Education Honors Program at US Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Civil Enforcement.
