With a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Maher has a solid educational foundation.

Currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Project Delivery Officer at Michael Baker International, Maher oversees complex Design-Build projects and leads corporate risk management initiatives.

Prior to his current role, Maher held several key positions within Michael Baker International, including Senior Vice President, National Director of Project Delivery Excellence, Director of Quality and Project Management, and Director of Engineering.

With experience as Vice President, Chief Engineer, and Senior Project Manager, Maher excels in integrating Quality Management, Project Oversight, and Risk Management to drive project success.

Maher's expertise extends to roles such as Project Manager at PBS&J, Research Associate at the University of Maryland, and Project Engineer at Dar Al Handasah (Shair & Partners).
