Michelle James is a highly accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in building brand visibility, increasing revenue, and developing effective solutions for complex issues. She possesses a master's degree in Science from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts from Western Kentucky University, in addition to an Executive Management Certificate from Harvard Business School.
James has held a variety of senior-level positions in well-known companies, including Instagram, Fuse Media Inc., Viacom, Time Inc., and Scholastic. As Director of Culture & Community Marketing at Instagram, she has proven her expertise in strategic planning, brand positioning, media optimization, research and data implementation, consumer marketing, and podcasting, among other areas.
