Jeroen Gjaltema is a visionary professional with a passion for creating a better world. With a Master's degree in Corporate Strategy and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration, he has successfully pursued various roles in the business world.

Gjaltema is a former Management Trainee and Project Manager in Innovation were he gained expertise in managing cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and services within the energy sector, at Enexis Groep. He also worked as a Conflict Management ICT-Business where he honed his skills in resolving issues and finding common ground. During his time at PGGM, he spearheaded a master thesis on new business models in the healthcare industry. He also worked as a Financial Advisor at ABN AMRO Bank N.V.

Currently, Gjaltema is a New Product Development Process Engineer at BDR Thermea Group. In his role, he designs and implements the process by which new products are created, developed, and brought to market.

In his free time, Gjaltema likes to help others by turning off bicycle lights, and sharing his love for hot dogs.
