Monitoraggio e controllo attività di gestione recupero crediti bancari ipotecari non performing.Banking servicing in the securitisation of non-performing loans sector and banking litigationmanagement for third parties (banks and financial intermediaries)Head of Secured Loans with expected recovery lower than € 1,000,000 per case and report directly to the General Manager.Coordinating Secured Loans Team planning all the recovery activities, researching andexperimenting with new projects aimed at optimizing the recovery of loans under management.Directly coordinating activities related to the sale of loan packages with institutional investorsoverseeing investigations carried out by the Team members.Carrying out constant and careful analysis of the portfolio under management in order tooptimise the activities of the Loan Managers in terms of receipts and advanced cash flows.Selecting trusted lawyers in order to plan training activities with them c/o external firms tocoordinate and optimise client-supplier information processes.Connected to the recovery activity I also manage all the reporting to investors, security holdersand/or originators.In the context of corporate training I held internal courses assigned to a training company on:- People Management (aimed at branch managers and directors)- Advanced Leadership- Negotiation and influence- Team Working
