Manuela Kayath is a highly skilled business executive with over 15 years of experience in the finance and energy industries. She obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, and she also pursued the President Management Program (OPM) at the prestigious Harvard Business School. Throughout her career, Manuela has held numerous senior roles, including Partner at Jive Investments and Investment Analyst at both Amber Capital and J.P. Morgan.

In 2015, Manuela shifted her career focus to the energy sector and became a board member of ERB - Energias Renováveis do Brasil. She also served as a Board Member for CDGN before taking on the role of CEO at MDCPAR S/A, where she currently leads the company in becoming a leading provider of sustainable energy solutions.
