Eric Knauf is a global talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in disruptive technologies and startups. As the VP of Talent Acquisition at Workrise, a fast-growing tech startup focused on empowering skilled trade workers, Eric leads global talent acquisition while leveraging technology to match clients with consistent and qualified workers. He has also held talent acquisition executive positions at ThoughtSpot and Tradeshift, two pre-IPO companies that have seen significant growth and success during his tenure. Eric's specialties include talent acquisition, employment branding, talent management, sourcing, and organizational assessments. He has established high-performance recruiting teams that align with the business needs and leverages technology and sourcing capabilities, including social media, to redefine employer brand. He is also a Co-Founder and Trustee of Lean Communities and has presented at industry conferences, including ERE, #SOSUASIA, and SourceCon. Eric has also established two human capital consulting and executive search firms, led talent strategies for a strategy and process consulting firm, led talent-based process transformation at Fortune 500 corporations, and led a Strategic Business Unit for a global, multi-billion dollar, enterprise Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) provider. Eric holds a Lean Healthcare Certification from the University of Michigan and a BA in Psychology from Hillsdale College.
