Restructures and ER:
- Lead on complex employment law cases referred by the ER team including capability, disciplinary, grievance, suspensions and dismissals
- Completion of redundancy process and facilitation re-deployment for one business area across UK and US

Performance Management:
- Lead in the design and presentation of Performance Management training for Executive Committees and Line managers

Acquisition and Change management:
- Supported the HR Director and HR Project team on pre-acquisition due diligence for both the UK and Madrid offices
-  HR Project lead for the integration of The Logic Group Madrid office with Barclaycard Madrid office
-  Partnered the HR Director in the introduction of new HR processes under the new organisation including; Performance Management, Talent Management reviews, Succession Planning and delivery of line management training required to support these

Employee Relations:

-  First point of contact on all HR queries for a headcount of 200 staff
-  Introduced and managed a monthly employee engagement pulse survey
-  Managed end-to-end recruitment activity for the UK and Madrid offices including delivery of 2 key projects; the review and re-establishment of company employer brand and shifting candidate sourcing to direct recruitment
-  Managed and delivered the end to end on-boarding process, from operational tasks to the introduction of ‘new joiner’s measures of success’ to feed into the HR leadership dashboard
-  Provided exit interview analysis to the leadership team and identify key themes and recommendations
-  Ensured all HR policies and procedures are updated, aligned and reflected in all relevant company material both the UK and Madrid
