Valentin Radu

Vali Radu is an entrepreneur who has built a successful career around creating innovative solutions that help eCommerce companies improve their customer lifetime value. He has had an eclectic background, from being a butcher for only a few hours to working as a sales trainer and becoming an optometrist. However, through it all, he discovered a passion for creating systems, improving processes, and motivating others to achieve success.

Vali's entrepreneurial journey began when he co-founded one of the first internet service providers in Bucharest. After selling his company, he invested all his money in building a web design company in the B2B space. However, it was his third company that became his most successful endeavor. With just $700 in seed money, Vali built the largest online car insurance player in Romania, amassing 250k customers.

After gaining valuable insights into eCommerce from his experience with online car insurance, Vali decided to create a new category called Customer Value Optimization (CVO). He founded the CVO Academy, an online platform where eCommerce experts teach strategies for improving customer lifetime value in eCommerce. He also created Omniconvert, a tech solution that helps retailers acquire, segment, monitor, and nurture their customers better on every channel. Additionally, Vali established professional managed services to provide unique customer journeys for eCommerce brands and training for other agencies to master the CVO methodology.

Vali's work with Omniconvert has been recognized globally, and his company now serves hundreds of eCommerce companies and agencies worldwide, including brands such as Avon, Orange, WWF, Tempur, and Whirlpool.

Vali is also an advisor and podcast host with a genuine desire for helping others reach their full potential. He attended Mecanica Fina High School and studied engineering at Universitatea „Politehnica” din București and political science at the Școala Națională de Studii Politice și Administrative din București.
