Aframe allows the world's largest corporations and broadcasters to collaborate seamlessly on huge volumes of highly sensitive video and data. From pre-launch product videos, raw footage of the next Hollywood blockbuster, to financially sensitive video that can move markets, our customers can work securely on it from any device, on a global basis.

Our customers are active in 411 cities in 56 countries. They benefit every day from Aframe's private servers, private network and more than half a million man hours of IP, and experience on millions of hours of video, to create, and make decisions on video that can be the bedrock of their business.

The All In Group was creating new businesses with a focus on the creative and technology sectors, funded by the hedge fund and finance industries, alongside creative industry veterans. Aframe emerged as the all consuming idea from this period.

Industry body working on increasing the technical skills of people working in film and broadcast sector. I focused on ensuring young people coming into the post production sector had the skills to get their first job. I travelled the UK giving talks to students at some of the best institutions. A really personally fulfilling experience of paying it forward.

Unit Post Production was the UK's first entirely Apple, entirely tapeless, High Definition Post Production facility. At Unit we pioneered new ways of working with digital video, including pushing gigabits a second of data around our buildings, enabling full resolution high definition editing in real-time in any edit suite. At one point the world's largest, we grew from six edit suites and six staff, to a team of 50, 18 suites, VFX department, Audio and Grading, and when I left it was ranked in the top 10 commercials facilities in the UK. Now called Unit Media.

Working in front of and behind the camera in various production roles, culminating in in producing music videos and working with clients such as Apple. Final part with the talented team at Split Image where we put together and proved the technology that we then scaled up dramatically at UNIT.

Aged 18, I ended up running a £1M+ program, including managing multiple external vendors, to audit all the machines and networks of IBM's largest enterprise customers. Then using that data to help sell upgraded machines and maintenance contracts. A huge learning experience that taught me a lot about business, and the challenges of driving change inside a large organisation.
