Charlotte Dean is a skilled People Operations Lead with a diverse professional background in the art and film industries. She studied Fine Art, English Literature, and Business Studies at Giggleswick School and went on to earn a Joint Degree in Art History and Film Studies B.A with a 2:1 at the University of St. Andrews. Dean began her career as an Intern at STUDIOCANAL Limited, where she gained practical experience in the film industry. She went on to work as a Gallery Assistant at The National Gallery, Guest Manager & Venue Coordinator at Leeds International Film Festival, and Guest Services Coordinator at Sheffield Doc/Fest. Eventually, Dean moved into the field of HR and office management, working as an Office Manager & HR Coordinator at Power to the Pixel before joining LlamaZOO Interactive Inc., where she currently serves as People Operations Lead.
