Maximilian Hof is a driven and ambitious student from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. Hof's passion for personal growth and business led him to join the TEDx movement, where he served as Chairman of the board and General Manager at TEDxWHU. Prior to his academic career, Hof completed a commercial apprenticeship with Sebapharma GmbH & Co. KG and worked in the field of Sales.

Hof's educational focus shifted towards International Management and Leadership, where he excelled and had the opportunity to study abroad in Taipei, Taiwan. He values cross-cultural openness and awareness and seeks to learn more about business development, business strategies, and consulting.

Aside from his academic achievements, Hof has a strong working background. He served as a Business Development Intern at Bluebird Co. and was previously an After-Sales-Coordinator in International Business at Sebapharma GmbH & Co. KG. He also interned in Export, Marketing & Sales at Visu Kaluste Oy and at State Parliament of Rhineland-Palatinate.
