Project lead for online and face to face Investment sales and marketing for Central and Eastern Europe. Based in the Czech Republic but working across Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Russia and Kazakhstan.

I was an integral part of the core project management team which involved launching an International bank across 6 countries.

Key duties included sales training, arranging production and translation of marketing materials, obtaining investment licences, sales & processing workflow, providing accreditation of all front facing staff and complete software and applications training.

Regional Sales Manager - Central & Eastern Europe

Responsible for the creation and launch of HSBC Bank International’s online investment proposition.
Assisted with the launch of HSBC’s online investment proposition allowing customers to select and then purchase investment products without the requirement of a physical signature.

Role focused heavily on the product positioning, marketing proposition, processing workflow and ensuring that it met multi-jurisdictional legal requirements.

The proposition and process was then successfully replicated in additional countries across the HSBC Group and I provided consultation to assist with the set-up.
