Marcello has an extensive background in logistics, involving warehousing/inventory management, distribution center, intralogistics, and transportation with in-depth knowledge of various modals such as road, railway, pipeline, and river/sea. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering with a master's in Logistics Systems Engineering and a master's in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. He also studied executive education programs in Leadership, Transformational Leadership, and Business Administration.

Marcello has developed his career in large-sized corporations such as Tegma Gestão Logística S/A, In-Haus - Inteligência em Logística, Odebrecht Transport, Atvos, Vale, and AmBev. He has experience in New Business Development, Special Projects, Continuous Improvement, Performance Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Innovation, M&A, and Investments (Capex). Marcello is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Italian and has Brazilian and Italian citizenship.
