Before joining Bain & Company as a Creative Director, Dawn freelanced for Vistaprint, TUGG (Technology Underwriting Greater Good), Volition Capital, Atlas Venture, Spark Capital, and Bain Capital, building an impressive portfolio of branding work with well-known organizations. She also founded Party-fly, a successful design agency where she managed and directed creative teams. In addition to her extensive professional experience, Dawn has a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design/Letterform from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, an Associate of Arts (AA) in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Dean College, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Digital Design from the Dublin Institute of Technology.
