Renay has worked in various roles in different organizations, starting from catering manager, local sales manager, and marketing coordinator at Jason's Deli to area catering manager at McAlister's Deli. She has also worked as the corporate catering manager and area sales manager at The Saxton Group. She currently holds the position of area sales manager at Mendocino Farms Sandwich Market. Renay has studied business and office automation, technology, and data entry at Eastfield College and completed high school from West Mesquite High School.
