Aditi Goel is an accomplished nonprofit and education expert with a wide range of experience in the field. Throughout her 20-year career, she has demonstrated a passion for solving critical issues around equity and opportunity, particularly in education. Aditi has held key positions in various organizations, including her own venture, P16 Partners, where she currently serves as Founder and Executive Director. Her multi-sectoral experience as a Teach for America teacher, nonprofit executive, WestEd researcher and writer, and Google Diversity & Education leader has enabled her to offer high-quality advisory services to clients across different sectors.

Aditi has been recognized as one of 2020's Top Executives in Nonprofit and Education by Who's Who and received the Silicon Valley Business Journal's 2019 Silicon Valley Community Impact Award for her contributions to the field. She holds a degree in Ed.M., Education Policy & Management from Harvard University Graduate School of Education and a B.A. in Philosophy, with a Minor in South Asian Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
