Carl Mattsson is a seasoned business leader with expertise in building and scaling EMEA regions for hyper-growth SaaS and software companies. With over a decade of experience in connectivity, API, cloud, AI, outsourcing, and IT industries, Carl has consistently surpassed sales and customer service expectations. He has played a key role in ramping up teams to 250% growth ARR YoY and implementing solid sales processes across the sales force. Carl also brings expertise in MEDDICC and Command of the Message strategies for setting GTM within his Geo. He excels in working with large global accounts and has managed three such accounts as a Key Account Manager with a combined turnover of approximately $75 million per year.

Carl's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Law and Economics from Karlstad University and studies in English at the University of Cambridge. He has also completed the Internal Top Talent program within the TeliaSonera Group.

Previously he was the Regional Vice President Nordics & BeNeLux; Sales Director Nordics at Datadog, and held senior positions at Cygate, IPsoft, and TDC.
