Nicole Razavi is a seasoned staffing and recruiting professional with over 20 years of experience matching top-tier clients in the San Francisco Bay Area with qualified accounting and finance professionals. She is the Managing Partner of Emerging Growth Staffing (EGS), a specialized firm that provides temporary and direct hire staffing services for high-growth companies. At EGS, Nicole is responsible for driving revenue through strategic client development, professional sales, staffing and recruiting activities, while managing a team of staffing managers. Her diverse experience includes working with globally known Silicon Valley tech companies, venture capital firms, nonprofit organizations, and Fortune 500 organizations in a wide range of industries.

Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Business with an Accounting focus from San Jose State University and has worked for nationally known staffing firms, including Robert Half International and Venture Point Staffing. Prior to co-founding EGS, she was Director of Staffing for EG Staffing, a division of Effectus Group. She has also worked as a Contract Recruiter at Google and Flex, as well as an HR and Finance Talent Acquisition Partner for eBay.
