Erick Carotta brings over a decade of experience in the banking industry, having most recently focused on sales and trading. He is a team player, adept at multitasking and has excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail. His work has consistently involved close collaboration with bankers, middle and back-office teams, and other global partners to meet client needs and deliver solutions.

Erick studied at the Alliance Française and obtained his Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Business Administration respectively, from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and Insper. He has worked in various capacities at ItauBBA and Itaú Unibanco, including Agribusiness Sales and Trading, Product Officer, Risk Analyst, Credit Risk Modeling Analyst, Credit Risk Analyst, and Insurance Underwriting Risk Analyst.
