Latha Jayaram is a PMP Certified and AWS Solution Architect Associate Certified professional with over 22 years of extensive IT experience. She has focused on designing and implementing advanced analytics, business intelligence, and data warehousing projects in various business domains ranging from telecom, CPG, media, healthcare, retail, and hi-tech manufacturing.

Throughout her career, Latha has been involved in all phases of development life cycles, including customer interactions for requirement elicitation, project management, solutioning, designing, and implementation. In addition to this, Latha has experience in managing and leading DevOps teams, process management, and setting up processes, templates, and checklists for analytics projects. Moreover, she has planned and established OBIEE, ODI, Oracle Apex, OHS(Oracle HTTP Server), and Endeca landscapes from scratch.

She holds expertise in data modeling, advanced analytics/BI/DWH solution design, and project management. Latha completed her Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science at B.M.S. College of Engineering. Currently, she serves as the Principal Practice Architect of Data Analytics & Insights at TEKsystems Global Services. Previously, she worked as a Solution Architect & Delivery Manager - Business Intelligence at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Technical Project Manager - Business Intelligence at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. She also worked as a Project Engineer at iCOPE Technologies Pvt Ltd (Acquired by Trivium) and Systems Engineer at Eximsoft Technologies Pvt Ltd (Acquired by Trianz).
