Technical network support for wireless locations such as: hotels, coffee shops, and fast food chains. Configured gateways and access points for deployment including Colubris, Nomadix, Cisco, and various other wireless equipment and brands. Responsible for remote installations and maintaining connectivity to locations through remote access and ISP troubleshooting. Handling incoming and outgoing calls to both end users and venues with Wandering WiFi’s wireless solution and ensuring a good customer experience in all situations. Worked with any operating system and/or computer configuration to get end users online. Used Reporting Services to develop comprehensive reports for both corporate use and clients. Handled multiple priorities in developing reports to provide data and stats for office monitoring of client statistics. Troubleshot AirWatch, Wandering WiFi’s device and equipment monitoring system. Worked on some basic features of AirWatch’s web application.
