Allison Pickens is a renowned expert in growing recurring revenue and is considered a thought leader in go-to-market strategy for software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies. With experience as COO, P&L owner, and investor, she has coached thousands of CEOs and executives from both Fortune 500 companies and start-ups. She is a part of Fortune's Most Powerful Women community and was recognized as one of the Top Women in SaaS and Top 50 People in Sales and Business Development. As the former COO at Gainsight, she scaled the company from infancy to a multi-product platform and is credited with creating the category of customer success software. Allison is also a co-author of the book The Customer Success Economy published in April 2020.

Allison has served as an independent Board Director for Commvault and two privately held SaaS companies. She is a Senior Advisor to BCG regarding their clients' digital transformations and was also an Executive-in-Residence at Bessemer Venture Partners. Currently, she is the Founder & General Partner at The New Normal Fund, which formalizes advisory relationships as a go-to-market partner to B2B SaaS CEOs across company stages.

Allison started her career in management consulting and worked in private equity investing before moving on to become COO at Gainsight. She holds degrees from Yale University and Stanford University. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, discussing topics that range from gut health to climate change, and spending time with her husband in the San Francisco Bay Area.
