Sue Kira is a highly experienced Naturopath, Nutritionist, and Food coach. She is also the co-founder of the Eating4Vitality program, dedicated to improving vitality and supporting various health conditions, allergies, nutritional deficiencies, and diet types.

Kira possesses an impressive educational background, having studied Diploma in Naturopathy at Southern Cross Herbal School, Certificate in Pathology Technician at Sydney TAFE and Jannali Girls High.

Her professional career reflects her passion for health and nutrition. Kira has worked as a Scientific Technical Officer - Research Assistant in the Dept of Agriculture - chemical residue laboratory, as a Scientific Technical Officer in the cross-matching lab at Lismore Base Area Pathology, as a Research Assistant at NSW University at Prince Henry Hospital, and as a Scientific Technical Officer at Sydney Forensic Medicine.

Currently, Kira works as a Naturopath and Nutritionist at True Vitality, where she provides advice, support, and guidance to help people achieve optimal health and wellbeing.
