I identified ways to cut the cost of the project in half by about $150k without sacrificing customer capability or service redundancy• Forecasted, budgeted and compiled high level purchasing proposals for senior staff on making all I.T. equipment purchases and planning projects while reducing the operating costs of the technology department. • Delegated tasks and projects to technical team and assisted management with supervising ongoing goals and routines• Increased responsibility and control over 4 data centers at 3 branches and provided backup support to the South RDC
