Anton Shvets is an accomplished data scientist with a background in Physics and Astronomy. He studied at the University of California, Santa Barbara and the University of New Haven, and has worked for top companies like Nike and BMW of North America, LLC. Anton is currently a Sr. Data Scientist at Nike, where he is part of the Marketplace Advanced Analytics High Heat squad, responsible for developing statistical forecasts and predictive models. Prior to that, he was a Data Science Consultant for the BMW ChargeForward project, where he focused on optimizing electric vehicle charging times using renewables. Anton is passionate about leveraging data to make informed, data-driven decisions and improve people's lives through learning. He is interested in data science, machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, natural language processing, data engineering, astrophysics, and statistics.
