Chris Amen is a highly accomplished Managing Director with extensive experience in fixed income trading. Having spent over a decade at Tradeweb Markets, Amen is currently Head of OTR Treasury Trading at Dealerweb, a subsidiary of Tradeweb. He leads the development of market solutions supporting trading in U.S. Treasuries, with responsibility for direct streaming liquidity and CLOB markets. Over the years, he has played a crucial role in expanding electronic fixed income trading in both institutional and wholesale markets. Prior to his current role, Amen oversaw U.S. Rates Institutional Sales, Business Development, and Strategy at Tradeweb, where he also managed business development and led the firm's entry into inter-dealer trading. Before joining Thomson Financial, Amen worked in investment banking at Thomas Weisel Partners. He holds a B.A. in History from Duke University.
