David E. Oliver is a highly experienced corporate finance and investment banking team leader with expertise in distressed debt, restructuring, and bankruptcy, who has successfully led hundreds of financing transactions totaling over US $200 billion. Oliver is a former Managing Principal at Cygnus Advisors LLC and Portfolio Manager at Silver Point Capital. He has also held Vice President positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and TD Bank Group, and Assistant Treasurer at National Westminster Bank. Oliver is proficient in forming, motivating, and managing teams and holds current FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 registrations.
