Josephine Zetterman is a mechanical engineer with a strong focus on energy transition and grids of the future. Zetterman holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lund University, where she also worked as a programming tutor. She also completed her Mechanical Engineering studies at the University of Adelaide and did a master's thesis at Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) in Indonesia.

Zetterman's professional journey started as a cashier at McDonald's before she moved on to work as an engineering intern and industrial worker at Stokvis Tapes Benelux BV. Later, Zetterman was an operating technician at Öresundskraft AB and a metering engineer at Studentwork Sweden before joining Siemens as a graduate trainee. She is currently working as a sales engineer for Future Grids at Siemens. Along with complex problem-solving skills and a strong analytical aptitude, Zetterman is also passionate about e-mobility, solar power plants, battery storage systems, and digitalization in the energy sector.

Moreover, Zetterman's international exposure and experience from a wide range of work environments add to her communication skills and her ability to thrive in an international work environment.
