Interfaced with internal dept personnel, incubator startups, and chamber member firms. Utilized departmental budgets to maximum effect to bring a formerly large dysfunctional network group back online, merging the systems of two different HQ buildings into one cohesive system. Implemented dozens of small improvements for large cost savings.

•	Administered all hardware / software / mobile / training / network stability for 50+ employees, staff, board of advisors, and community trainees.

•	CRM conversion of outdated offline SQL database to online CMS/membership management cloud platforms.

•	Methodist Hospital System (Dallas): Salvaged entire patient records of 6-month clinical trial (cancer trial data would have to be repeated if data recovery failed). 
•	Medical/web/marketing work for specialty PR firm Acumen Communications.
•	Data Recovery Projects: via multiple forensic hard drive scrubbing tools. Recovered, relaunched 5 years of lost emails & data files for large real estate supply firm, KnoxTile.  
•	Auto diagnostic software training, install, networking for European luxury car repair shops. Linked CAD + bill estimation systems from engine-side computers to IT dept's troubleshooting code systems (w/o needing the manufacturer). Saved clients a year's worth of operating budget.
•	Website /graphics for textile clients at Dallas World Trade Center, incl Asian American Contractors Association and Naperies Fashion.  
•	Expert knowledge of computer virii. Dozens of client projects rebuilding IT infrastructure after malware/virus/trojan/couponware infections.
•	The Computer Connection, Inc - Launch plan with funding cycle for this software training corp. Enabled them to win US Small Business Administration finance tranche.

IT software consultant

Performed various consulting services related to stock market software, historical backtesting of trading theorems, and technical indicators.  Various projects have included:
•	Coordinated group of SMU nuclear physicists and C++ programmers studying genetic algorithms to apply their research findings to new hedge fund startup.  Taught them the differences between stock data analysis and traditional scientific data, supplied them w/tick data for major US indices, installed and tested stock analysis programs (NeuroShell,etc) for analyzing their automated learning code sets.
•	Taught beginning traders to install, utilize, backtest, and create ELA code in TradeStation.
•	Ran beta-testing group conducting final stress testing on a real-time data feed product that links multiple RT feeds (Quote.com,eSignal,BIS) to Tradestation and Metastock.
•	Short/Intermediate trading of fundamentally-sound high tech firms with technical/volume pattern setups.

•	Recruited nationally renowned speakers and authors on the subjects of technical, quantitative, behavioral, psychological, and mathematical analysis of the financial markets to give local presentations and seminars.
•	Chairman of the Daytrading Special Interest Group (SIG).
•	Created and maintained the membership CRM database, postal mailouts, and email campaigns. Held in-person recruiting seminars driving paid in-person clients to over 200 per month.

Used probability analysis tools like Relative Strength Index, stochastics, moving average convergence/divergence, etc to balance profit-loss cutoff points. Provided tech support for RealTick and general software questions (via phone, email, and in-house).  Learned the details of several major daytrading/direct-access platforms (REDI), in order to sell the benefits of RealTick to new clients.
•	Coordinated all online advertising and marketing projects.  Reviewed reports and talked with investment bank analysts covering the online brokerage, trading, and daytrading industries and made recommendations to our president on viability of joint-ventures and status of competitors.  Maintained firm's website.  Conducted market research and created media kits for new Institutional Trading/Hedge Fund division. 
•	Streamlined accounts of the most profitable customers to make company a more attractive acquisition target during the industry's post-bubble consolidation. SourceTrade was soon acquired by Instinet, a division of the NASDAQ Stock Exchange corporation.
