Steven Chen is a highly-educated corporate counsel with a diverse background in law and business. He obtained a Certificate in Business and Public Policy from The Wharton School and a J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he served as a Senior Editor for the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. Prior to his legal education, Steven completed a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy from University of California, Berkeley.

Steven is currently employed as Senior Corporate Counsel at Zendesk, where he provides legal counsel to the company's global business units, drafts and negotiates commercial contracts, and advises on various legal matters, including intellectual property, privacy, and antitrust. Prior to joining Zendesk, Steven served as Counsel at Fishermen Labs and an Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he represented clients in corporate finance and M&A transactions. Steven also previously worked at Clifford Chance US LLP as an Associate and Credit Suisse as a Secondee.

Steven's professional experience has allowed him to develop a broad range of legal skills in areas such as corporate law, commercial contracts, and intellectual property. His background in business and public policy has also given him a unique perspective on legal issues affecting corporations in today's constantly-evolving business environment.
