Allison Korman
Allison Korman is an accomplished public health professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership, program and association management, policy development and implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting, and consensus building. She is committed to bringing innovative solutions to public health problems with intersectional, rights- and justice-driven approaches. She has earned a BA in English and Women's Studies from the University of Michigan, a Restorative Justice Facilitation and Leadership Certificate from the University of San Diego, and an MHS in Behavioral Sciences and Health Education, Maternal and Child Health from The Johns Hopkins University.
Throughout her career, Korman has held various leadership positions in reputable organizations such as the NASPA - Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education, Culture of Respect, The QED Group, LLC, Association of Reproductive Health Professionals (ARHP), Advocates for Youth, Abt Associates, and Alliance for Health Reform. Her focus areas include systemic approaches to addressing sexual violence, sexual and reproductive health, rights, and justice, social determinants of health and health disparities, and restorative justice. Her abilities include strategic planning, team building, strategic partnerships, and training and capacity building.
