Dialpad makes business communications great.  Our Voice Intelligence product transcribes conversation into text and turns those conversations into meaningful insights for our customers to better understand their customers and prospects. I have helped hire NLP/Data Scientists with Deep Learning and Neural Networks experience. I also built the iOS and Android teams from scratch.  When called upon, I have also pitched in to hire Sales and Marketing professionals.  I am also asked to assess other recruiters as we grow our Talent Acquisition team.Aside from owning client groups and any number of engineering and AI roles, I am the Lead recruiter of the Tech Recruiting team, offering mentorship and process improvement, so we can collectively make better hiring decisions in a concise process.Received the 2020 Impact Award winner at the annual awards ceremony.
