Staci Dao, a woman of color and immigrant, ventured her career in marketing before founding Tammira, an on-demand video platform that connects beauty and wellness experts to consumers. Dedicated to providing equal representation to skincare and beauty lovers, especially those belonging to the LGBTQ community, people of color, and those with unique skin conditions, Staci aims to offer tools, services, and products. She is a Business Administration graduate from Portland State University and is currently pursuing Executive MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.

Prior to establishing Tammira, Staci worked as a Marketing Manager at Astrophysics Inc, Contract Marketing Media at Law Offices of David K. Tran, Contract Marketing Manager at Sprout Mortgage, Marketing Manager at Cloudvirga™, Senior Brand Marketing Manager at Miss Professional Nail Products, Inc., and LendingQB. She holds an Associate of Arts degree from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising.

Tammira had an outstanding achievement as one of the 2019-2020 Student Startup Madness Entrepreneurial Eight Winners at South by Southwest (SXSW) and a semi-finalist in various competitions at USC, including Maseeh Entrepreneurship Prize Competition, New Venture Seed Competition, and Athena Female Founder's Pitch Competition.
