Jenna Mitchell is an accomplished HR professional with a diverse background in both the computer software and financial industries. She is an alumna of Sheridan College, where she studied Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources. Over the years, Jenna has held various positions in HR, including HR Generalist at Alida, HR Operations and Programs Specialist at Vision Critical, and Human Resources Administrator at Paradigm Quest. Jenna has also taken on administrative roles, such as Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, and Retention Administrator during her tenure at Paradigm Quest. Her experience in customer service stems from her previous roles, where she worked as a Supervisor, Cashier, and Customer Service Representative at Metro Grocery Stores. She is a result-oriented individual, and her passion for HR is evident in every aspect of her work.
