Elina Selyutina is an accomplished finance and operations professional with a diverse background in both multi-national corporations and innovation ecosystem development projects. With over six years of experience as Vice President, Planning and Performance Officer and Head of Skoltech President's office at the Project of Skolkovo Innovation Center Development (‘Skolkovo’ Foundation and Skoltech), Elina has a proven track record in strategic planning and performance evaluation. She is also highly skilled in business transformation, organizational re-engineering, and team leadership. Elina's fourteen-year experience in senior finance management positions at JSC Vimpelcom, a leader in the Russian telecom market, has honed her skills in operations’ improvement, ERP and analytical system implementation, and internal control systems expertise. Furthermore, she has experience in green field projects' development and management, including international projects. She has studied Executive Program, Exponential Technologies and Innovation Management at Singularity University (USA), and is a certified manager accountant with the Institute of Management Accountants.
