Chad Strickland is a culture and people strategist with 20 years of experience in labor and employment law, senior business management, and creating effective relationships. A co-founder of NICH Culture, he focuses on people strategy through the power of belief, purpose, and communication. His expertise lays in the attraction, hiring, training, and engagement of millennial associates, particularly in the retail industry. Chad is an accomplished speaker on the topics of culture and engagement for the next generation workforce and has participated in various industry events. He holds a JD from Stetson University College of Law and a BS in Political Science from Florida State University. In his personal time, Chad is a dedicated Master's cyclist, riding some 10,000 miles yearly, and enjoys designing, reading, and playing ball with his dog Hutch.
