Steve Chapman is an accomplished artist, writer, consultant, coach and speaker with a focus on creativity and the human condition within organizations. He is the founder of Can Scorpions Smoke (CSS) and has been a member of the Board of Advisors at Move Beyond Words. Steve has studied various fields, including Certificate Programme in Organisation Development, Foundation in Art Therapy, Certificate and Diploma in Coaching, and MSc in Organisational Consulting and Change. He has also studied Gestalt psychology in various institutions.

Steve has worked in various leadership and organization development roles at GSK and is a former Organization Development Consultant and Director of Corporate Partnerships at Access Sport. He has also worked as Artist in Residence at The Good Life Experience and as Visiting Faculty at Ashridge and Metanoia Institute. Steve is a prolific blogger and has written extensively on various topics about creativity, art, and the human condition. He also runs a podcast, titled "Sound of Silence," and has an art website called "Something I Did."
