Greg Ruback

Greg Ruback is a seasoned attorney with a strong focus on representing major financial institutions and agents in various financial transactions. His expertise lies in bilateral and syndicated acquisition and working capital financings, encompassing a wide array of financing structures such as senior secured credit facilities, mezzanine financings, and asset-based loan facilities. Greg also boasts considerable experience in work-out and restructuring matters.
