Dmitry Pebalk is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation management, R&D, and strategic analysis. Holding a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management of Innovations from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation, Pebalk has worked for a range of prestigious organizations throughout his career.
